          If you are ordering prescription lenses, please make sure to take a clear photo of your complete prescription and send it to the email service@systemsvera.com . Ensure that it includes your pupillary distance (PD). If it is not included, please provide your PD separately. If no accurate PD is provided, we will default to 63mm/64mm for males and 62mm/63mm for females.

          The prescription lenses we offer are blue light blocking photochromic lenses (light-adjusting), and they are permanently fixed and non-replaceable. If you wish to replace the lenses, it must be done under the guidance of a qualified professional.

          Please note that prescription lenses are custom-made items and therefore non-refundable and non-exchangeable once the order is placed. The production of custom prescription lenses typically requires at least 4–5 working days before dispatch.

          A: Since prescription lenses are custom-made based on your individual prescription, they cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a quality issue. Therefore, please ensure the prescription you send to us is accurate and complete before submitting it.
          Q: Does the package with custom prescription lenses include the standard lenses? Can the lenses be replaced or swapped?
          A: Yes, the package will still include the original black sunglass lenses and clear lenses. However, once the prescription lenses are installed, they are fixed and not designed for user removal. If replacement is needed, please seek help from a professional to avoid damage.
